Just got an update that USPS collected the package (it's actually at the sorting facility now in KY) estimated delivery is Thursday 21st February 2013 yayyyyyyy��

Same here. Except mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow because I am in Kentucky. Yay!!!

Today we got notification for interview: April 8th :)

AOS from J-1

12/05/2012: AOS package sent.

12/12/2012: Checks cashed.

12/15/2012: Received I-797C receipt notices.

12/26/2012: Received biometric appointment notice.

1/3/2013: Walk-in biometrics, Des Moines, IA.

1/4/2013: Received I-485 RFE letter.

1/16/2013: RFE reply sent.

1/30/2013: Case Status changed to Testing and Interview.

2/6/2013: EAD & AP approved.

2/14/2013: EAD & AP combo card received

2/19/2013: Received Interview notice (April 8th)

12/20/12 Package received Chicago Lockbox

12/24/12 NOAs

12/29/12 Received hardcopies in mail.

01/16/13 Biometrics Appointment

01/24/13 I-485 "Testing and Interview"

01/31/13 Interview Schedule Early March.

02/14/13 EAD/AP Approved

Just got the texts and emails, both ead and ap approved. We filed everything at the very end of December. That was fast!

K1 NOA1: April 18th, 2012
K1 NOA2: October 25th, 2012 (190 days at VSC, NO RFE)
NVC number: November 1st, 2012 (7 days after NOA2)
INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
MARRIAGE: December 21st, 2012 (the end of the world! lol)
AOS SENT: December 26th, 2012
AOS NOA1: December 31st, 2012
AP/EAD NOA1: December 28th, 2012
BIOMETRICS: January 31st, 2013
AP/EAD APPROVAL: February 20th, 2013
AP/EAD card in the mail: March 2nd, 2013

GREEN CARD APPROVED: September 17th, 2013 (no interview)

Now the wait for the interview letter begins lol

Day 0- 12/17/12-mailed application

Day 1- 12/18/12 -delivered to uscis

Day 6- 12/24/12- receive NOA email (3)

Day 8 -12/27/12-NOA received (3)

Day 12 -12/31/12-biometric appt (mail)

Day 29 - 1/17/13 -Biometric completed

Day 35- 1/23/13- i485 liu (testing & interviewing)

Day 41 -1/29/13-expedite ead request

Day 51 -2/8/13-expedite denied

Day 51-2/8/13-congress expedite

Day 55 -2/12/13-EAD card approved

Day 58-2/15/13-EAD in production

Day 62-2/19-EAD card mailed

Day 64-2/21/13-EAD received

DAy 117-4/15/13-interview appointment notice received via usps

Day 151-5/21/13- interview date APPROVED (to receive card in 15 business days)

Phase 2

Day 0: mailed application to Vermont service center.

Just got another case update, this time the card has been mailed! Called the USCIS disinformation line and got the tracking number! Yay!
