K3 AOS Interview

We have our AOS interview in Charlotte on Friday. I have viewed some of the recent posts of the AOS interviews in Charlotte and they appear to be of the K1 nature. Has anyone had an AOS interview coming from a K3? Is there any difference?

Also, my husband is Muslim and I am a bit concerned about the interview. I know that this should not matter but.....

Any information would be helpful.

Hi, good luck at your interview! Our AOS was from a K3 and it was a breeze. Religion did not factor into the interview.

Hey Isit over,

there are many k3 cases in Charlotte esp mine and saturns whcih was just held 3 or 4 days apart

Any ways best of luck and its gonna be smooth.

I just had my K3 - AOS interview in Charlotte recently and it was really easy and rather anti-climactic after eveything we've gone thru. I was asked the usual questions...are you a terrorist...have you ever participated in genocide...are you now or have you ever been a prostitute...we talked about our dogs, showed her a picture, that was pretty much it. She stamped my passport and we were out of there all told (from time of arrival thru security to finish of interview) in about half an hour. I lugged a huge bag full of evidence and she never asked for anything other than our passports, my EAD and SSN card.
