This investigation is ongoing. There are two brothers. Adam and Ryan. They are saying Ryan is in custody and Adam is the one that is dead at the school. One is 20 and the other is 24. They are unsure if they were in on it together or if they are just questioning the other brother at this time. They are covering more ground at other locations and have found another victim at another location.

Turns out the shooters name is Adam Lanza. His older brother Ryan is being held for questioning.

Actually they are. Which part of "shall not be infringed" is so difficult to understand? Gun control laws infringe upon the rights of the citizens to keep and bear arms.

When you know and understand the context of the second amendment and why it exists, then you start to realize and understand that if the US military can have/own a nuclear weaspon, then an American citizen should be able to.

I have no problem changing the Constitution if it's done by amendment or constitutional convention. Not by a judge or a law.
