What exact documents do I need for beneficiary at NVC

Hey all,

I was talking to my husband last night trying to explain exactly what forms he needs to obtain for the NVC process. Can anybody from Morocco please tell me the names of each form needed and where he would go to get it?

For NVC the only form the benficiary fills out is the DS-230 and you go online for that. Go to the NVC filers thread so you can read up on the NVC process and all the Documents he will need to gather.

After you pay the affidavit of support he will have to send you the request for visa I believe is DS 230 in two copies. Easiest way to do is for you to fill the form out, print it and scan it to him on PDF format. He will print it out sign it and send it back to you along with his police report, court report and birth certificate original and translations. That is all I can recall at this moment, I will double-check when I get home.

- Completed, signed, and dated DS-230 form by beneficiary (do NOT sign or date part 2; this is done at the interview)

- Two passport-style photographs (2" x 2") of beneficiary (on the back, write: beneficiary's full name, date of birth, and case number)

- Copy of bio-data page of beneficiary's unexpired passport

- Original or Certified Copy of beneficiary's birth certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

- Original or Certified Copy of marriage certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

- Original police certificate, copy

- Original court record certificate, copy

Certificates not in english need to be translated.

And actually what i was asking for was the names of these documents in arabic and where he goes to get them... but I think he gets it now. I kept telling him I don't know why they want it they just do. He wanted me to explain to him the purpose of each form and I was like it doesn't matter just get it lol

Same here don't worry I have to ask him and explain to him what he needs to do each time I'm talking to him..Finally today he send me all the papers. Make sure that ur husband gets the Police certificate and the Court record certificate. The court certificate can get it from 9adae El osra...I hope u told him that too. If u need anything don't bother asking me I'm like u sometimes I get lost and I ask to make it clear and easy for me and my husband...

no I didnt tell him the court one lol ughhhhh and thanks for the name in arabic it makes it so much easier. He is good with non technical paperwork stuff but when it comes to this process he is like just tell me what to do cause I dont understand
