My situation is similar to that of another post. I am a US citizen. My husband filed to get the conditions removed from his residence in November, but we had a fight and separated in July and I moved to a new state by myself. We received notice from immigration that stated "Your supporting evidence does not sufficiently establish that you or your spouse entered into the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together." Although we did enter the marriage in good faith, we are sending up red flags all other the place. Even if our marriage were not on rocky ground, we would have still separated because I got a new job in a new state and he got a promotion in the old state -- so he would have had to stay until he got employment and could follow me. I don't know what to do. Can someone advise? Should I explain our separation or what?
