Some people (like us) paid $404 towards IV fee (as opposed to the current $230). I seriously hope they don't make us pay $165 again.

I also paid $404, I cant believe that the i130 payment dropped tremendously! And now i have to pay $165 great! I guess thats nothing as long as they let me join my husband very soon!

I'm going to submit all the documents for my GC(I-130 with I-485) tomorrow.

Do I need to worry about this fee right now? Or I'll have to pay once I get something back from USCIS?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
