Had interview today got an rfe for affidavits

Some people are very cautious when it comes to private information like that. I'm thinking maybe she isn't willing to show someone her birth certificate.

But she could probably at least respond saying she wont show her BC. I am shocked over this request myself as I got affidavit from nexct door neighboor and I dont see asking her for birth certificate! Its wayyy too much to ask!

I have never heard such a thing. A birth certificate of an affidavit repondent. OMG scary stuff. I pray your two you have is enough. Send that. This is crazy huh.

I hope so too! I cannot believe it!

She even gave me her fax number so I could just fax it over real quick! We did that this morning but still haven't heard anything!

I cant believe they are requiring affidavits LOL much less birth certificates.

I hope she will accept it! I can't believe the birth certificate is holding my green card back!!!

Day 03 - 07/23/12 - Confirmation from USPS that package was received in Chicago - signed for by D Colonna

Day 11 - 08/03/12 - Acceptance confirmation texts and emails

Day 14 - 08/06/12 - Checks cleared

Day 18 - 08/10/12 - Received biometrics appointment notice (dated 08/06/12 for appointment on 08/30/12)

Day 22 - 08/14/12 - Completed biometrics via successful walk-in at Columbus, OH office (We were the only ones there!)

Day 25 - 08/17/12 - Received NOAs

Day 36 - 08/28/12 - Notice via text of interview on 10/02/12

I know, I thought all I needed was the notary stamp!

The IO printed the letter out for me of all the requirements so she wasn't making it up

What exactly are the requirements on the letter? Do you mind sharing it with us? I could use some help since I'll have to file for ROC later and probably need affidavits.
