I485 RFE

Hi VJers

I filed the i485 back in December 2011!!!!!

5 weeks ago I called, insisted on getting though to a tier 2 rep. Filed service request . On the 15th day I received a stock response saying it is being dealt with. I called again and then was told I had to wait 30 days before I could call again. 2days ago we received an email saying an rfe has been sent (it still hasn't arrived). Today I received another email telling me a second letter has been sent with an rfe.

This leads to 2 questions....

1. What can we be compiling in preparation for the rfe so we can send stuff straight back

2. When I first arrived we were subletting and so had a po. Box. We now have a lease on an aprtment but kept the po box for uscis business so as not to slow the process. If the rfe requires evidence of our ongoing marriage (which all relates to our living address) does it matter that the address on file with uscis is a po box? Should we do the change of address before sending stuff back?

they probably need your 2011 tax returns, so might as well request for tax transcripts from IRS now but then again RFE can be anything and it's almost impossible to try to get them tell you what the RFE is for on the phone.

with regard to your address,i think you should submit your change of address soon as well. keeping the po box might just cause an issue in the end.
