Hi there, I filed I-485 and I-130 for my mom on April 12/2012, then I got a letter from USCIS where they said my case was transferred to California Service Center to speed up the process!!! speed up??? by this time still waiting for a response I called customer service they told me to get an INFOPASS app, because my case was taking more than estimated time. at the appointment the USCIS officer said all the documents were complete and the case should not take more than 4 months after the transfer day to Calif.SC, he wrote an email to California end the answer was we were gonna have some response on Dec.8/12....nothing. Could someone tell me what is the next thing to do? just wait??? is not fair at all!!! :crying: Thanks for your help...
