how do i make sure that the medical exam that covered all the shots that they will also need for school once in the united states, how do i ensure that those are coming with the kids. so they don't have to get all those shots again due to lack of proof that they had them all already for immigration? I read to be sure to be able to proove that for school later or ALL those shots they had for the medical they will have to have over again? So do they automatically give you copies of the immunizations when the embassy approves your visa? Do they give you back the birth certificates and medical copies/proof?

They should have gotten a shot record card at medical appt, if they received any shots there. They do not give you back anything from your packet.

Found out that after the medical is completed, the hospital gives the patient a paper copy of their vaccinations as well as an actual card (if you had NO vaccination record) when the medical results are being picked up. Was told that the personnel at the hospital said the sheet with the vaccinations is what you use for school registration or work purposes.
