Travel on L1 visa while CR-1 pending

I would like to get some advice from our friends here.

I (the beneficiary) have the I-130 in progress. Applied in July2012 and haven't received the NOA2 as of Dec-12

In the meantime, i was able to get a L1 visa for work related travel valid for 3 years.

1) Will there be any problems with me travelling to US on L1 visa while the other petition is in progress?

2) Should i wait submit the Adjustment of status forms after the I-130 approval and will that be all in addition to the usual forms?

You guessed right, since its a dual intent, no issues with applying for L1 or travelling on it while you have a I130 in process..
