I called USCIS and they are currently working on June 15, 2012 petitions for the I-130 spouse/IR for California Service Center. I asked why they don't have a timeline for CSC and they couldnt answer that question. I had to call twice, the first lady wasn't helpful at all but the second time I was able to get the information out of them. I noticed that the spanish speaking agents there are much friendlier than when you ask for someone in english.
