After you give birth, immediately prepare the baby's Birth Certificate and acquire him/her a Passport.

Bring the baby's birth certificate and passport to your consulate/embassy and tell them that you want to include your newborn child to your F2A petition. The consulate/embassy will tell you what forms to fill up.

plz should i bring passport and birth certificate at my interview date ??

because i don t know what to do realy when i ask in that forum they told me when your baby born contact nvc and send them translated birth certificate and fill f i824 and ds 230 then wait for new interview

and others told me to bring birth certificate and passport the baby will be added can u explain to ????

Again a repeat question..

Can I ask why are you worrying so much right now about this as you said before, your only three months pregnant and your interview is probably not until August 2013 ..you said.

Also, why is your husband not helping you find any of these answers. With your multiple user names, you continue asking these questions over and over but in different names and weeks apart. Obviously, you are even asking people on different immigration forums and STILL don't understand their answers, so you post it here seeking if it's true or not.

It amazes me how many spouses from morocco seem to come here on visa journey and never include asking their spouse for help in the USA, but instead, take it upon themselves to keep asking these questions over and over and never understanding the answers they get.

Ask your husband to get off his butt and get an info pass as the nearest immigration office and ask for the necessary forms and procedures if you are seeking a truthful answer, as you don't seem to understand any of the advice of those on any immigration forum you go to.

it's that simple....

Ok, but why isn't your husband on the forum helping you understand what is being told to you?

My husband is completely fluent in English, but yet I'm the one doing the research as I'm the petitioner and the one who understands the intricacies of American law and culture better.

What AMAZES me is that you think that the Moroccan husband married to American wife will one day return to Morocco and marry a Moroccan wife. Many Moroccan women won't marry a moroccan man if he is not rich and then they get jealous when these men look for wives elsewheres. I see that your husband is in the USA and you want to come here, but if he was in Morocco would you have married him? Probably not!!

I understand that you want help and I have tried to answer your questions when you have asked them. I have even taken my time to look up things for you when you have private messaged me. But then you come here and disrespect me and the other American ladies who are married to Moroccan men by talking bad about us.

For this reason I will not respond to any of your questions here anymore and please do not private message me anymore.

Let me tell you something Greencard 2013, If you think for one minute my husband is going to leave me for some Moroccan woman to become his wife you are about as crazy as they come in Morocco. If he wanted to marry a Moroccan woman, then why did he marry me two years ago. Also, why are so many Moroccan men marrying Americans and not Moroccan women?

Secondly, if I were to live in Morocco and wanted to I could without any issues and my husband who speaks french, arabic, and english fluently would HELP me with all the paperwork that is necessary, unlike your husband who is A SMART ENGINEER here in the USA. You tell so many different made up stories here no wonder no one wants to help you.

A good husband from Morocco who has a wife and is expecting a baby would do his best to find out all the answers needed and necessary to get them here IF HE TRULY WANTED TOO.

hamigirl

Thank you for defending of ladies who are married to Moroccans. Basically, she said our hubby's are basically here for one reason and one reason only (a GC) and then back to Morocco they go to find that perfect mate LOL.

Foreverwaiting,

I am happy to defend all of us :) We have all tried many times to answer her questions and it just goes to show me once again maybe I am too nice.

I have been with my husband for 5 years and he is still not in the USA if he was only wanting a greencard he would not still be waiting for me after all this time. He would have found another girl who could bring him here faster.

I hate it when people show their true colors after you help them! :bonk:

United we stand the wives of Moroccan men!!! :D:rofl:

Really? Everyone on this forum has helped answer this same question for both your husband and you. If you truly don't understand use a translator online to fully comprehend what it is the forum is advising you on. That is where you asking the same thing over again is causing frustrations it has absolutely nothing to do with Moroccan/American marriages, anyone trying to get a Moroccan visa, learning Arabic what is that all about please stay on topic this is about the visa you are trying to get not about Americans being married to Moroccans. I will say we all went to Morocco and managed to marry our husbands with no issues I am certain if we ever decided to move to Morocco getting a visa would not be an issue. If you know anything about being married to a Moroccan is that we Americans gain some civil benefits from being married to them. Please focus on your task at hand our hubbys are here already so it's safe to say some of us got the process right.
