Do I submit a Cuban fiancee's G-325A with the I-129F?

For a K-1 visa application (I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancée), do I submit my alien fiancee's G-325A form (Biographic Information) and passport-style photo along with our I-129F and my G-325A, passport-style photo, and other documents to the USCIS processing center in Texas?

Or do I submit our I-129F without her G-325A, but with my documents, to the USCIS processing center in Texas, and then we wait until our I-129F is approved and the U.S. Interests Section in Havana gives her a G-325A in Spanish, to fill out and submit to the U.S. Interests Section in Havana?

If the former, can my alien fiancee go to the U.S. Interests Section in Havana to get a G-325A form? It will be difficult for me to mail a G-325A form to her, as well as for her to mail it back to me. She doesn't have Internet access to download a G-325A form from the USCIS website.

I called the USCIS. Alexandria (#G690640) said that I must include everything that's listed in the instructions. She then said that she doesn't have access to the instructions and knows nothing about what documents the instructions say to include. This didn't inspire confidence! She also knew nothing about whether the U.S. Interests Section in Havana does things differently than embassies in other countries. She told me to contact the U.S. Interests Section in Havana.

I looked on the U.S. Interests Section website. They have an FAQ for fiancee visas but it doesn't answer this question.

What should I do? Should I just submit all of my documents, and see if the US processing center accepts them?

Are you talking about Colombia or Cuba? I was asking about the procedure for Cuba.

This part of the process is no different in Cuba than it is in Columbia. The only thing that she will get in Spanish is the list of documents needed from the beneficiary in Cuba once you are initially approved.

The process starts to differ in Cuba once you get approved and you call for your interview date. That is when you need to do a search in the forum for information related to Cuba.

You can fill out the Biographic information for her and mail it in with the rest of the things they need.

Doesent the G-325A need to be signed by the beneficiary and the signed original be sent back to the US with passport photos?

An emailed copy of the signed document won't work correct?
