Thank you guys, for the valuable information. I knew nothing about divorce law. I came here just less than 2 years ago and never thought i would need the knowledge. No, my wife can not back up her "visa fraud" accusation, because it not the case. She just wants to spite me. Oh, she may, in fact I think she will, have her family write affidavits that the marriage was not bona fide, or she might claim that the marriage was never consummated, or all kinds of false statements. I saw them do that to their ex in-laws. She has five siblings and two parents. So chances are that she will have seven affidavits like that. Ok, I will try not to be intimidated by her and her family.

No offense to 'Lillian' as I do not know her or her intentions, but you should be very wary of contacting ANYONE you meet via a message board and exchanging any kind of personal information.

(and as a FYI "Lillian joined in April, and if you right click her name and search for her content you will see the only post she ever made here was this post asking for your contact info, and she has no timeline or any other contributions to this site)

Thank you, Capri. I was freaked out after I revealed my email address. Yet, I heard back from that member. Seems like just a person who was in a similar situation and wanted to share their experience.
