I am compiling my I-485, Adjustment of Status package and just want to make sure I have the right amount to make the check out to. I would so appreciate your input.

I-485: $985

I-131: NO FEE "If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole Document or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131.

I-765: $ NO FEE "If you filed Form I-485 and paid the I-485 application fee on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required to also file Form I-765."

" The fee for I-485 applications includes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication). "

I'm curious, my K-1 fiancee has a small child (was also listed on the K-1) do we pay the $1,070. x 2 (for the mother and child) or does one fee suffice?

We hear you about a light Christmas..... our AOS submission pack included a check for $2,140 (wife and 19yo stepson).... Hey, it's only money, you can't take it with you when you die, and it is certainly for a great cause..... Besides, Uncle Sam is broke and needs the dough...right.
