Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval is the first Republican state leader to embrace a Medicaid expansion under President Barack Obama's health care reform law.

As a result of Sandoval's decision, 78,000 poor Nevadans will gain Medicaid coverage starting in 2014.

...

Sandoval also is one of just five Republican state officials who plan to adopt another key component of Obamacare's expansion of health coverage to as many as 30 million people. Nevada will create a state-run health insurance exchange under the law. The health insurance exchanges will be online marketplaces where small business and people who don't get health benefits at work can comparison shop for health plans and learn whether they qualify for federal tax credits or Medicaid benefits. Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter ® announced Tuesday that his state would manage its own exchange, joining GOP officials in New Mexico, Iowa and Mississippi.

Legal prostitution and free healthcare. Just decriminalize drugs, and the state can be another Netherlands.

The RWNJ will have your skin for that comment... They have been proposing the notion the Healthcare Reform is in fact a tax or penalty, so they will not like that you use the misnomer 'free'....

The supreme court ruled that healthcare reform is a tax back in June. Pay attention.

The controlling opinion, written by Chief Justice John Roberts, upheld the mandate as a tax

Only 1 of the 5 that rendered that decision is considered a conservative, or as you would like to say a RWNJ.

The Supreme Court made no such ruling. What it did say was that the individual mandate - one of the components of the PPACA - is constitutional under the Congress' authority to tax.

Please do.

What part of "upheald the mandate as a tax" do you not understand? Are you reading from a different dictionary?

That is false. The Supreme Court has not ruled that health care reform is a tax.

The controlling opinion, written by Chief Justice John Roberts, upheld the mandate as a tax

I guess he doesn't know what he is writing.

I guess you have an issue understanding the following:

Health Care Reform ≠ Individual Mandate

Health Care Reform > Individual Mandate

It's really not that hard to grasp.

I agree with you. You are right. I am wrong. Better? My English skills kinda suck, but it's not my fault. I did go to Detroit Pulic Schools.
