Hi again I am posting cause I was wondering if it is necessary to have 3rd. party Aff. because we have lots of pictures from both my visits including wedding pics, can I just use the pictures as proof of our meeting and marriage ( by the way I am US Citizen and I am filing the I-130 petition for husband. No, it is not necessary and holds the least amount of weight in your proof anyways.

However, you should be including more than JUST pictures.

If you have any boarding passes from the flights you took, copies of conversations, proof of sending money, etc, you should send those things as well.

You've been married for a decent amount of time.

Bank accounts, car insurance policy, 401k beneficiaries, etc are all great.

Thank you again KDH, yes I do have the flight info printed out, About the bank accounts I tried to add him onto mine and they said I couldn't cause he is not living here yet. Thanks again..
