Hi everyone!

My husband(USC) filed I-130 in August 2012 and the case went to California Service Center.

But later in September or so, there were so many cases reporting being transferred to local offices from CSC.

Our case wasnt one of them.

My husband call the USCIS hotline a couple of days ago, they said nothing about the transfer either.

However, the processing time on USCIS website(the always 5 months one) of I130 petition within CSC cannot be tracked any more.

So my question are:

1. Is CSC still processing I130 for alien spouse now?

if not, i guess our case has been transferred to some other local office already, why didnt they inform us?

2. Any one who has the same experience with ours?

3. We are planning to call them again ASAP, but what else can we do?

Thank you all for your time and patience.

English is not my first language, so forgive me if there is any misusage of words.

Thanks!

So far only cases with NOA1s on or after August 15th are being transferred. You are likely still at CSC.

Did your husband speak to an ISO or the just a customer service representative?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

thanks for the reply!

i am sorry but what does ISO stand for?

the person on the call told my husband that he knew no more than what my husband could get on the USCIS website.

which was initial review.

so i guess he's a hotline stuff?

how can we manage to talk to the ISO?

He'll have to ask to be transferred to someone who can actually look at his case and answer his questions. They can't refuse you to be transferred. There'll be a wait on hold for a while 20-30 minutes or more and someone will answer, you know it is an ISO because they will refer to themselves as "Officer .....".

at first, i thought its a glitch too but then i checked the processing time info for CSC which was updated last week,

a sheet showing processing timeframe in yellow and green color... which i guess is more stable and low-tech than the online checking system...

still, i-130 for USC filing for spouse is not on the list.

thanks anyway!

My husband called customer service today, the ISO told him that our case has never been transferred to other local office,

for now, we can do nothing about it but wait.

If its been 5 months after our noa1, we can call again and ask USCIS to expedite the process...

Thank u guys for ur help!

We are in the same boat! Sent I130 July 31 2012, NOA August 2 2012 and NO news whatsoever. For whatever reason we can't submit an inquiry on the US CIS website even though we are outside the 5 months that was listed as the processing time when we first submitted.

Sigh... hang in there! Someone is bound to get good news any day now!
