Hi everyone!

I was approved for 2y Green Card by married to my wife(citizen) in August 2011. In December 2011, she's pregnant by another man and then she gave birth to her daughter , but we still in married. So the next coming May 2013, I need to file the I-751 form in order to remove the conditions of Residence. My question is, should I file the joint or waiver of joint remove the condition of residence? Which options is the best way to go? Thanks for any advise!!!

If you file a divorce, then you are eligible for a wavier... you can file it as soon as you are divorced, you donot need to wait for May 2013.

If you are still married and can stay married to her.... you can file ROC 751.

I'm still married and I know I can do either way (joint or waiver). I just wanna know which way is the best way and easy to be approved? If I file the joint ROC then I will have a lot of questions about my wife cheated on me and have a baby with another guy. And if I go with the waiver then I will have to divorce, look for the evidences to prove I was good faith, interview again (which I don't like). I'm kind of lost now :((.
