We are filed documents in decembar 2011, after married.I got EAD in February 2012.We had interview in mart 2012.I am stell waiting for GC. PLEASE HELP.My wife was send email to congresmmen office and We don't have answer.In Immigration said that my case in agent desk.?????????? I was make service request in july and they are send me letter Aditional review? ?? Help guys

I am made infopass before 30 days.Everything is ok.I am pass all checks but stell nothing.I am the USC.My wife is American.My Ead expires in February.

You can't be the USC and your wife be the American otherwise you wouldn't be immigrating. USC = United States Citizen.

Given you said "your" EAD then you are the immigrant.

You have already had an interview, and your decision is pending. You are in AP. You can have your wife contact her congressman if you like. You can renew your EAD for free.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

so, when you called in to USCIS National Hotline, and you got an ISO,

the ISO told you that you were sent an additional letter?

Or you simply received an additional letter in the post?

We visited congressman's office today.Lady from office caled Immigration office and ask for my case.They said everything what we now.EVERYTHING IS OK.She promised sent email to immigration. Again waiting :-(
