I haven't tried looking on the site in a couple weeks because I got tired of seeing it say that my case couldn't be found. Well I just checked and it says the following: Post Decision Activity On

My case was not expedited and yes, I have an MSC number. It had always said the same thing when I would try looking up the number which is why I gave up. Then today, just for fun, I looked and it was different. I actually hit enter and didn't read the screen right away since I assumed it would just say my case could not be found but then I saw a date out of the corner of my eye and was shocked.

I check every day and stare at the "case cannot be found" because someday soon Ill have your reaction! :D

USCIS:

09/26/12 .. I-130 Sent

10/07/12 .. I-130 Returned. Checkmarks did not print. Doh!

10/15/12 .. I-130 Sent AGAIN

10/19/12 .. NOA1 date

11/20/12 .. File was transferred to my "local field office" (Seattle)

12/14/12 .. Touch! Officially online!

01/22/13 .. NOA2 date (95 days)

NVC:

01/28/13 .. NVC receives case

02/11/13 .. Case number assigned

02/12/13 .. AOS bill paid

02/14/13 .. AOS bill shown PAID

02/14/13 .. AOS packet sent

02/26/13 .. AOS Checklist received

Now that's funny! We pretty much have the same timeline and i reacted just like u lol

i was like hoooold on,that's too fast lol

anyone has ideas of why it went soooo fast, i mean im not complaining about it just wondering why sometimes its so fast and others still have to wait

Well I just checked and it says the following:

Post Decision Activity

On December 11, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Does this mean no RFEs and we're on to the next phase? I'm completely in shock. My reaction was so messed up that my husband thought something was wrong and I ruined the excitement of the moment because I was freaking out instead of cheering!

I checked for me and both the kids, all have the same note. Am I missing something here or am I good?

Congrats! I got so excited for you because this means it gives me great hope that it can happen to me & my hubby too coz we are just about 2 weeks behind you guys! This Thursday will be 30 days of our priority date & we also have a MSC number that's not showing up on the system. So great!

that was superfast! consdiering the wait time for so many people these days. CONGRATULATIONS! pls do let us know if your case was ever transferred to a fiedl office and if so which state are you in( to determine the field office).

So, I saw this thread thread and figured, well since I haven't looked online for a while and we called just a few days ago and they said it was still at NBC and is in process, I'll look just for kicks, thinking in my head...'who knows...miracles happen right...not'. Fully expecting to see the same messgae that the case can not be found, instead, I found this wonderful little message:
