Accepted as meeting Post

Notified by NVC of mother in laws interview on Jan 31. NVC letter states birth cert, mariage cert, and her hsubands death cert are accepted as meeting post. Embassy website says documents can be no older than 90 days, which they now are. What does accepted as meeting post mean? Do we now need to collect all new documents????

She can always go and get new copies of her birth certificate, marriage certificate, and husbands death certificate. I know a birth certificate costs about 5 dollars so it is better to spend the money and be safe. She still has plenty of time to get all the documents ready. Are you sure it did not say "are accepted AT meeting post?"
