Length of AP

I realize that there is no way to know how long AP will last but I was wondering if everyone who is stuck in AP and has been in AP could please share their experience and how long it took for them.

My husband's case has been stuck in AP since May 29, 2012, so more than 6 months now.

dear there is no time frame for admin process

my interview was in sept 2010 and my case was put in ap and after 3 months my case affected by retrogession and current again from 1st April 2012 and embassy ask for new ds230 and medical ...i send these after 2 weeks and now its 9th month and still waiting

My husband in the Dominican and we have been in AP for 2 1/2 months.. This sucks not knowing the time frame.. We were first told 30 days then 60 and once the 60 days were up they were like NO call back in 30 days so once the 90 days are up we should have something resolved.. But that can change though because once the 90 days are here they can say another 30 days or 60 or 90!!!!! GGGRRRRR this makes me sooo mad and frustrated and depresses again another Christmas and New Years without my husband
