Hi everyone,

I got my approval text today for my i-130 petition for my wife.

Priority date = september 14, 2012

Notice of transfer = september 20, 2012

Arrival of case at final destination = october 3, 2012

* No updates on text or online between approval and the day the case arrived at the final destination.

Original office = California service center

Transfer to = NBC > Seattle local office

From my experience it seems like the cases that were transferred to the local offices are getting approved around 60 to 90 days.

Also if you are someone like me who checks the amount processed by each office on the USCIS website, that doesn't mean

much in the long run. It seems like the transferred cases to local USCIS offices are getting special processing. For example

someone from Dallas Texas just recently got approved and Dallas has way more cases than Seattle. The time period was between that

60 to 90 days.

Thanks everyone, first time poster, but i read a lot on the forums.

Ha! I love your optimism! hahaha.

If its before the new year, I will be very happy, no matter. But if wishes were horses, than beggars would ride.

Don't worry about it too much. I didn't even have a birth certificate for my wife. I thought i might get a RFE but

luck on my side and nothing.

On the bright side, at least now you know that seattle office is approving fast.

I submitted

4x wedding pictures with my family her family and cutting cake /etc

3 different receipt from western union of me sending her money.

chat records from 3 different months, just a few pages each.

marriage certificate/ translation

copy of her identity card /w translation

copy of my bio page from my passport

g325A signed by her (filled it out and scanned it and emailed it to her to sign.)

That's pretty much it.
