Hi all.

Is been 8months since i sent my package i still haven't got anything from uscis. i already did my biometric last month. went for an infopass appointment two weeks and ago spoke to an immigration who told me that they're already working on my case. Two weeks since then i haven't got anything yet not even an interview letter! each time i call their service center am always talking to a rude agent the worst part is they really don't know why my case is pending!

Have already schedule for another infopass for friday hopeful something good might come out on this one. Am just tired of waiting forever i really dont know what to do because am thinking about traveling next year and i cant without my GC! Am just sad. everyday i hear about those people who got their GC within 2-5month and still dont know why mind is taking forever! :help::(

The first biometrics appointment you had was last month but your case has been pending for 8 months?

What visa are you adjusting from? If you'd fill out your timeline, people can help you much better.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days
