221g New Delhi Consulate.....

I was having an interview on 5th Dec 2012 ,i was issued a 221g for submitting additional doc (police pcc) which i submitted at vfs on 7th dec but till now i have not got any respond from vfs or embassy ....... is there anyone who have got 221g from New Delhi consulate ....please guide me how long it will take them to respond.... thanks

Probably not...It will take time to deliver ur Passport and Visa Packet at ur residence. Wait for some more days.

Anyway, Sam how was ur Interview..???? Please post ur detail experience on our F1 thread.....Some of our members are aslo having upcoming Interviews so please post what questions were asked to u .....Ur reply etc.....

Ok.....Dont get tensed abt ur visa as if they requested only missing doc i.e PCC and u have submitted that then they will issue u visa. It may take time but dont worry, usually they issue visa within 7-10 days after receiving the docs from applicants but the time may vary depending upon case to case. U can also track ur passport online ....

Will be waiting for ur detail Interview experience...do post it in our F1 thread soon....Best Luck

We also have been waiting for our visa from Mumbai tho... my faince was missing a PCC from India and we turned in everyting on Nobember 9th and now its 5 weeks later and the embassy is saying we havent turned anything in ... so I contacted my senators office in the US and they are looking in to this for us... but the other guy is right it takes time and all the people who you call are robots who are only allowed to give script answers to you... it will come it just might take some time... good luck tho...
