Should we rely on 100% on VJ processing time updates

I'm really and truly confused abt CSC updates--- doesn't seem like they are working on K1 currently. Also one VJ members said he called CSC and was told that they are working on 06/13/2012 at this present moment. Any ideas guys. It seems like this could take up to the 5 months limit. please advise

The VJ processing times also include a number of people who have gotten expedites for whatever reason. That processing time on yours looks a little on the optimistic side. If I were you, I would add at least on a month on to it.

My fiance filed in Sept 2012 and not expecting to get visa in hand until May 2013.

I'm throwing myself into my hobbies in the meantime.

Hello All,

I am happy that this post exists so i would not have had to create myself. I just phone USCIS prior to this post and for all filers petitioning I129F they are currently processing May 28. If i am not mistaken i saw the date June 6 . Being a June 18 recipient of noa1 i am not too terribly upset but i admit a little wind escaped my sail when i heard the official date. As it was stated earlier, i may as well add one more month onto my original anticipated date. Hope this helps some and Goodluck to All!!
