Hi, as you all know my husband was denied at his interview. The Congressman notified us that our petition was returned on 11-21 and we are just waiting to hear from the USCIS. Any pointers on what to expect, from anyone who also went through a denial and a reaffirmation. The other question I had was, if my husband decides to move out of the country how would I go about changing his address, and would we be able to get our case transferred there for his second interview? Thanks everyone for your responses.

Now is the time to start preparing your denial response. It is likely to be a few months before you hear from USCIS and have an opportunity to attempt to have the petition approval reaffirmed. If reaffirmed you can notify NVC of the change of address.

By now I believe you should be able to know the reason for the denial. So gather together all your rebuttal while you wait for uscis to issue u noir... Sorry for the whole trouble! Keep faith you'll get through after... Where is your husband moving? I mean within africa/europe/asia or north/south america? Could he have gotten his residence permit in that country before the reaffirmation and subsequent interview? You never can know when you get reaffirmed just a food for thought as regards your husband change of address... I wish you the very best henceforth...
