My mother appointed me as her agent in our immigration application. I just received the DS-230 - does that mean that I can fill it in and sign it - or do I have to mail it to her to do?? Thanks for your help!! - Tracey :)

Hi My mom is also on the process of her IR5 visa application here in the philippines and i am the one assisting her. was the DS-230 has a part I & II and with a barcode sheet, right?

You have to send or mail that to her, her signature is very impt on the Part I the biographic data. Was the DS-230 also includes supporting documents that she need to submit together with the DS-230?

and most questions there i think its only your mom who can answers or can collect informations.

Yes, the NVC sent me the DS-230 Part one and it looks like she has to provide the bio page of her passport. I am going to send her the form and have her send it back..... I was just hoping to shorten the time on the process.

Thanks for your reply- and good luck on your journey!
