What did they say at the interview? Did they say they didn't think you had a bona fide marriage? Maybe that is why it falls under "other"? Just a guess on my part. I really am so sorry for you

we have sent them tons of evidence like , chat logs ,call logs , phone bills,letters,cards , photos , witness affidavit from my parents and hers too .

so it's so confusing really !!!

They refused to issue the visa and sent it back to USCIS for it to be reviewed again with a recommendation to either revoked or deny the original petition. Once USCIS get it they will notify you and give you 30 days to address their findings or provide further proof of a bonafide marriage. You have to find out why the CO refused to issue the visa. Get your wife to contact her elected officials for assistance. Don't beat yourself up on what you already gave them but rather how you can find out the deficiency and fix the problem. The norm is 6 months or more before you hear from them again it could be sooner or take longer. The application plus any additional documents your wife submits will go under review and they will make a decision.

that's the same Refusal Worksheet the officer gave me last year she said i was approved in the first interview then the consulate called for another interview when i went there ... not even an interview she just gave me the Refusal Worksheet and said she went over our file again and was not satisfied and she is sending it back for a review Good Luck

my interview in 2011 lasted like 1 hour i had everything you can think of but at the end she said she believes in our relationship and she will issue the visa then after 2 weeks i was called for another interview and was denied

If USCIS decides to send the petitioner a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR) once they receive the file back, it will specifically state the reasons as to why such a notice is being sent. When submitting an NOIR rebuttal, the reasons as to why the notice was sent must specifically be rebutted. Failure to respond to an NOIR by the stated deadline and failure to respond properly to an NOIR (i.e. not sending specific evidence to refute the reasons behind the NOIR) will result in the petition being revoked.

Be aware that a proper response to an NOIR does not guarantee reaffirmation.
