AOS - K2

Dear VJ family,

Quick question ...

I came USA with K1 visa and i got my GC already.

My daughter juct enter USA Oct 6, 2012 and she already in school now.

In her I-94, she got 90 days to apply AOS , which mean 1 more month.

My question is .. can we delay for her AOS ? Though time for financial the reason .

Should i inform the USCIS about this matter ? Because i dont want the iimigration come knock our door and take deport her from USA.

There is no particular deadline to file for her AOS. Yes you can delay it, no you do no thave to tell anyone. She has legally entered the US and is the child of an LPR spouse of a US citizen, she is NOT illegal and will not be deported.

However, she cannot work and she cannot leave the country and come back.
