Hi VJ members,

I just received my ASC appointment notice (for biometrics) scheduled on 12/27/2012. I'm taking my wife to Mexico Dec.20 - Jan 3rd (everything is paid off, I have receipts that show I bought the tickets on Oct. 23rd) . I submitted my petition to remove conditions on residence on 12/03 and never expected my appointment to be scheduled in between the holidays.....

What the consequences of re-scheduling an appointment are? Do I have any other options?

please HELP!!!
