When you receive your interview notice, you will be informed of what you should bring along. If you haven't sent medical check and immunization when you apply for AOS, you are given the chance to bring those documents with you for the interview. For how much it cost? Would say not much. But if you need to do all the immunization here, the cost can go up to some extent. Just be aware of it.

Well i just called few of the civil surgeon offices and medical is aprox 180usd and vacination goes up to 260usd. Can i bring my vacination record maybe to avoid wasting money on vacines here ?

Yes, but it is up to the civil surgeon to except the outside shot record, some countries do no problem some don't. Call the civil surgeon office you will be using and see what their procedures are.

If you havent chosen what clinic to go to for your medical, I suggest you go to Concentra. They sure know how medical exam for immigration purposes go. I paid 195 for mine in wisconsin, they're cheaper in some states. The vaccines that were required of me are the following:

Persons age 18-64 years old will need proof of MMR vaccine, seasonal

Influenza (flu shot), Tetanus within 10 years, Varicella/history of chicken

pox

If you dont have insurance, check with your local health department as they might be able to give you free vaccines. I had all my vaccination done in our local center for free. they also gave me a walgreens voucher for flu vaccine because they dont give it to you there.

ps you can definitely bring your vaccination records.
