Adding to what our friend Reese1 posted in the past, about the Dominican mail service not delivering packet 4, well I just called Inposdom and they do not deliver it the beneficiary has to pick it up. The number I called is (809) 534-5835 Ext. 312 the contact name is Cathy Minaya, very pleasant and helpful, she is the one who receives all the Cita documentation, she will ask you the date of your Cita/Interview and tell you if she has it or not and to call the following week. There is hope for the Postal service in DR... ; ).. Good luck family and be blessed. Their Address is H. Luperon 12 Santo Domingo.

Hope this helps.!
