No status on "My Case Status"

I've sent in my I-129f, received the page/email/written response with the receipt number. I am now trying to check my status on the web and I am getting this response. "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283"

I called the number and after a 50 minute wait, I spoke to a nice lady who did say my application was accepted and is in the system. She said to email the webmaster to report the problem to them.

I emailed them and reported the problem but am not sure how far this will get me. On the web page is this disclaimer "Do not send information about specific cases to this address. We only accept website-related comments. Although we will read every email message within two business days, due to the number of messages, we may not respond to each message we receive."

Does this type of problem happen a lot?

Is there any way to get it fixed?

Same thing happened to our case and many others too. I think there is a problem with their online system. As long as they said your case in the system then I wouldn't stress about it.

It happens once and awhile.

Send the webmaster an email stating your case is not showing up and include your identification number. Di not include anything else.

The webmaster only needs to check to see that your number is not in the system

Thanks for the replies. Hopefully the webmaster can fix it and if it's not completed in 2 weeks, I'll email them again.

It's fixed!!!! Now I play the game I learned in the military. It's call Hury up and wait.
