Hello ask ko lang po my hubby got our hard copy we are CR-1 then we check our status can't found it..kc bago pumunta dito si hubby sa pinas tinawag nia sa uscis na mali ung birthday ko sa hard copy..until now we didnt hear about that...tumawag na kami sa uscis pero ang hirap macontact nag aaway lang kami ni hubby kc naiinis lang xia..ano gawin namin..please help naman..thank you so much...:)

That's how is it,hard to contact USCIS if you are able to talk to them then ask for the tier 2 rep.

Anyway,try to converse in ENGLISH to get more better advice since this is not a Philippine ONLY forum. :blink:

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Tell your husband to make an INFOPASS appointment with USCIS. He should bring original NSO copies of your marriage certificate and your birth certificate. Also a photocopy of your passport as proof of your correct date of birth.
