It doesn't seem like a possibility without a co-sponsor unless you have a lot of savings etc.

$800 a month is only $9600 a year. Even if the consulate accepted only 100% instead of 125% for the I-134, that is still not enough income. If she has assets, she can use those at 3 times the income shortfall. This means she would need about $28k in assets to make up for the lack in income. If she has no assets, could she get a second job so that her income was enough? If she cannot get another job and has no assets, then I am afraid your only other option is to find a qualified co-sponsor. She can let the person know the I-134 is not legally binding when asking them to be her co-sponsor, if that would help ease their mind. However, if she will still be needing a co-sponsor when you file for AOS after you are married, the I-864 that is used at that time is legally binding.

You won't get approved under the poverty line. Not much time until 8th January... could she get a second job?

No she cant because of school as well..But then 2 of her friends offered job immediate i get there.

So what happens when i dont get approved due to it?I am so confused.

If you don't get approve, then the case is denied. Case ends. You cannot immigrate to the US.

You can only get the visa if your wife or a Joint Sponsor meets the poverty line.

It doesn't matter if 2 of her friends have jobs waiting for you, this is not countable for the Affidavit of Support. Only current income counts. Future income based on jobs you do not have will not count.

Usually, you get some time to find a co-sponsor; often 30 or 60 days. If none can be found, as mentioned, you will get denied.

You cannot work immediately when you get to the US. You will need to file for adjustment of status and employment authorization. It takes about 2-3 months after filing for AOS to receive the EAD. You cannot work without the EAD or green card.
