Well last week we called twice in one day.

One agent said that they will post the NOA2 next week, the other said that they posted it three weeks ago to the wrong address and that we had to pay them $170 so they can resend it.

Complete ####### we though, so spoke to a supervisor who said that due to the backlog, we are looking around January time until we hear anything :(

Have you spoken to a supervisor or ISO each time you called?

That really really sucks. It seems like the I-129Fs are taking a backseat now to all the other petitions. It took 6 months for ours to be approved and I know you are fast approaching 7 months, but don't freak out.

Sometimes I kick myself over and over again that we didn't just "whoops" and adjust status like some seem to do. It is easy to get angry at the double standards and unfairness of USCIS, but then I reflect on the fact that my husband couldn't sponsor me to live in Denmark because of how messed up their immigration system is (and I am far from the only foreign spouse who has this problem - most do the "Sweden solution") and that I wouldn't even be able to live here if I wasn't a UK citizen. So, I figure that while it is a pain to navigate and rather random at least it does afford us the opportunity to be together in America.

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.
