try emailing passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

in subject line include your wife's passport #.

they usually email within hour or so.

your case shouldn't take so long. I am not sure what the consulate is doing.

email and find out.

good luck.

Well my husband was waiting for his passport but we have not received it yet. SO I emailed the us travel docs. and they responded within 20 minutes today. passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com

for my husband : "The current status of your passport is Delivered To Post."

It worked for me. Finally my husbands Passport is on its way.

"Delivered To Post" means delivered to consulate or embassy. did your husband got 221g earlier? when did he submit 221g documents?

on his DS Visa Application we did mention of his work place but got PCC only from his residence, so they did approve it but on the 3rd of December we received 221g to submit PCC again with the attachment that states he worked elsewhere for past 4 years.

My husband sent his PP with PCC and 221g on the 6th and yesterday hey stated they have received it.

My apology for the confusion.

so yea I just boarded your boat for the wait of 221g Beast. ha ha :bonk::lol:

What does it mean when they state "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted."

does that mean they are working on it or the site USTRAVELDOC is down for now?

If you or anyone knows let me know.

Thank you.
