I-864 AOS FEE Cover Letter

guys, I have paid AOS FEE of $88 for my mother in law. I am submitting her I-864 documents. and I am sending my father in law's I-864 documents too. I printed AOS FEE Cover sheet for my mother in law. but, for my father in law, I didn't get a Cover Sheet.. When I go to NVC to print cover sheet, I dont see an option to print his cover sheet. what do I do when I submit my father in law's I-864 documents? how can I obtain a cover sheet for my FIL?

If you did not get a separate cover sheet it appears the cases were linked by NVC because they are being petitioned for by a USC. That is a good thing so only one $88 is payable. This means that you will print the sheet for your mother-in-law twice and use one for your mother-in-law and one for your father-in-law.
