What do you guys do for fun with your significant others? I've tried googling hobbies for couples and we're not interested in most things. We tend to be home bodies and watch a lot of tv. Browse the Internet. And play video games. Zzzzzzz post fun things for couples to do! Affordable or free ideas are encouraged.

Lego isn't affordable but it is one of our favorite things to do! Board games, drinking games, working out together. If you have a dog you could always take it to a dog park/for a walk and get some exercise. Although right now the weather is kinda meh, so maybe not so much. We also do a lot of the stuff you mentioned, as well.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

LOL, I tutor him in math (gogo math major power!).

Just kidding...well...maybe.

What we do together is:

-make holiday crafts!

-go for walks, a lot of walks

-bicycle together

-watch movies

-do heatheny things

-soon we will be gardening, farming, and animal tending together

-research places we'd like to move to and things we'd like to do

Actually, to be honest we just tend to do a lot together even though it isn't a formally organized activity. Also, having a child takes away a lot of the boredom and together time. Things become family hobbies, rather than couple ones.

We live in an apt so my husband said we had to get rid of the dog =[

We have lots of legos and mega bloks but they are sets and my husband would never let me take them apart lol.

I should try and borrow my moms box of legos from when I was a kid.

Not drinkers so no go there lol

I think living in an apt is hindering our ability to have fun.

I think I will need to create a new hobbie.

Than in itself will be sort of a hobby lol.

But for the time being I'll go make homemade cards at my husbands feet while he plays around on the computer.

He thinks this hobby is silly as I have no one to give them to.

I should try selling them maybe.

Have you tried penpaling? It is a good way to find people to send cards to. I might be a tad sentimental, but I love when my penpals send cards and I buy cute ones for them.

Maybe try and sell them on Etsy?

get out of the house, find the local garden co-op in your area, buy in for a season, and grow stuff.

or

do 20 things found at instructables.com , together.

or

volunteer, together, at the local chamber of commerce, for 3 months.

Well, right now most of what we do together is running after three little kids :P

We used to play a lot of board games.

Several couples I know volunteer together, either at pet adoption events or building houses for disadvantaged families.

Cooking together can be fun, if you agree on foods- I am a vegetarian who likes mild food who married a carnivore who likes spicy stuff, so that is out for us :)

How about role playing sex games?

pretty much the first thing that came to my mind too :hehe:

I need home hobbies. My husband hates people =\

could always try putting together model planes or ships or cars.

carpentry is a good solo hobby. of course, shooting and reloading is a good couples or solitary hobby too.

Us? Until our daughter was born we went shooting, camping several times, we would go down to the pier on the beach and fish all night, I taught her to play pool until she started kicking my a$$ then dropped that hobby, we went to play darts on weekend nights.

The rest of our hobbies unfortunately are personal LOL

Right now, I just realized the most exciting hobby we have is putting our ears up against the wall and listening to our idiotic neighbors.

I'd love to do some building, but like I said, being in this apt is killing that for us.

That's what I did as a kid. My dad had a little wood shop in the attic and I always build stuff out of scraps.

I think I have to have a gun license to put my hands on one up here.
