hi there

when your wife did her medical ..didnt the medical examiner fill out a vaccination sheet that was sent along with the rest of the medical results to the interview...

that is what they need for AOS...if you send it without this sheet you will probably get an RFE on it..

you also might have to ring the medical examiners office in pakistan to see if they have to send to you...

if im wrong someone please correct me..

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

More info is really needed for a better answer! If your wife entered on K1/K3 then she would have had the medical and necessary vacinations......if this is the case and you have no sheet I would suggest that you enclose a letter stating that it was handed in at POE. I was lucky and did not recieve a RFE when I did this.

If your wife did not enter on K1/K3 then I think you are most definately heading for a RFE but I would again enclose a letter stating that your wife is pregnant and go from there.

11/08/2006 Welcome to USA letter arrives!

11/13/2006 GREEN CARD RECEIVED - NO MISTAKES!!!!

06/06/08 Family moved back to UK!!

Husband gained UK citizenship September 2015
