G-325A form...how many do I send???

Upon doing a search on the G-325A biographical information form, past posts states that there were multiple copies sent...is that true?

Also, I need to know if my fiance will need to fill out the heavy bolded line box with his family name, middle name, and first name as well as Alien Number...I don't believe he has one so I'm kind of confused.

Im under the impression that I send in one G-325A form for each of us and then a supplement form if necessary for each of us.

Or should I be sending in more than one copy?

With regards to G-325A, you are on the right track, 1 @, original signature(s), supplemental form as necessary. Follow the recommendations found in the forum's step-by-step K-1 visa guide (accessible through the Guides section, at the top of the forum page), and the Example Forms (also found at the top of the forum page) for details.

Correct! Multiple copies were previously required, but the policy changed some time ago. Just 1 for you and 1 for your fiance!

Does he have to fill out the applicant name part? or is that only used if Alien # is applicable?

As mentioned previously, follow the example form provided by the forum....

If either of you have an A# from a previous immigration application, include it.

I filled out the G-325A for my fiance and printed it out and scanned it to send to the fiance.

i tried to send it as an attachment but it didnt show the fields filled out. THe scanned copy is filled out and it has his original signature on it, will it work? Or does it have to be a full sheet?

Did anyone else have issues with it when sending as attachment?

Oh #######! I put in K-1 Visa for the application in submission for...I just relooked at the example and they have i-129F form...can i white out and write the correct I-129F or will they understand that it's what its for???
