i have applied for 10 years GC on May 2012, they received my documents on may first week, how long Does it takes to Get approved. i am having kinda a situation with my Spouse. can anyone help ?

I just took a look at the April filer's thread. Looks like nobody in that thread has been approved yet at VSC, though quite a few have been approved at CSC. My guess is you've got at least a couple more months to go.

I applied in March 2012 and I recently got approved. Hang in the there, you should hear back from VSC within the next couple of months or so.

There would be no impact on your ROC petition if they dont call you for interview. The only consequence would that you wont be able to apply for Citizenship on 3 year program

Just hope that they dont call you for interview in case you might be divorced by your interview date - I am not sure what would happen if they do call you for interview and you are no longer married to the USC you filed with.

You filed for your ROC based on the information that was true and correct at the time. Do to the slowness of the approval process, life continues to march on and sometimes things happen that affect the immigration process. If you get called for an interview while the divorce is pending, I would go by myself with a filled out waiver and a new I-751 application and explain that your wife has recently filed for divorce and that you now need to complete the ROC based on a failed marriage, Had the VSC approved your ROC in 3 months like the original plan or even in 6 months this would be a non-issue. If no interview then I would not worry.
