Can My sister come earlier?

I sponsored my sister last year with F4 visa, but I know it will take at least 12 years for her to come to US on this type of visa.

If my mother has a green card and sponsor my sister again on F2B visa (unmarried daughter of lawful permanent resident), it will take about 7-8 years.

My sister will have 2 petitions for her. Can the waiting time for her F4 visa (2 years maybe) add up to the waiting time for F2B visa and make it faster for her to come to US? is there any advantage or disadvantage if my sister have 2 sponsors at the same time?

P/S: my sister is 22 years old.

The waiting time on her F4 cannot added to the F2B.

If mom files now, a PD will be assigned for the F2B. Waiting time is still the same.

2 different petitions, 2 different waiting times, they don't interchange. each one has their own waiting time. of course. she will come sooner with your mom's petition compared to yours. the only way she can come 1 year earlier, is if your mother becomes a USC and your sister is still unmarried, the wait for unmarried children of a USC is around 7 years.

I would be happy if that happen. I can see it happens with other girls, but I have NO HOPE that it will happen with my sister .
