I agree with Hamigirl, as long as you know each other, you have nothing to worry about. Any question can come up but only things that you should know if you are in a bonafide relationship.

I would not worry about the questions. From talking with you before I know that you know your spouse good, you are of the same culture, you speak the same language, you share the same religion, you have a baby together and have been married for a few years at least. The interview can be in arabic since that is your common language so you will understand what is asked clearly and the questions will be simple like where does your spouse work etc.... Just know about each others life and smile and relax. You will do fine!
