Dunno I sent it to the office they had listed for georgia (the vermont service center).

I guess I really will have to just call them on Monday and try and see wth is up because I'm just stumped. The NOA didn't even have a receipt number

It wouldn't have a receipt number because it was rejected. Receipt numbers are only generated for cases that are accepted for initial review.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Alright well when I call tomorrow I'll come back here at least and let everyone know what they said. I got someone to cover my shift at work so I can take care of that first thing in the morning as I want to get it mailed out expedited as soon as I have in hand/ corrected whatever they need.

I think you need contact the local field office: "You may choose to contact a local Field Office where you reside for further assistance. The Field Office will assist you with the filing of the proper documentation for the immigration benefit that you are seeking" They are the only ones that help you.

This rejection seems really strange. Something doesn't add up.

Also, request for a marriage certificate... I don't know, people who filed for ROC and got approved would know better (I did not include it in our packet).

Well they included a letter this time and said basically "whoops you should never have had conditional status in the first place our bad" They told me to file an i-90 with no fee to replace my card with a correct 10 year card. Of course in the meantime while I'm waiting for that I still have to go to the atlanta office to get my passport stamped so i can get my drivers licence again and what not.

Glad you sorted it out. Now it makes sense.
