No, you are not correct. There are 3 conditions that have to be met to use I-864EZ and high income is not even one of them.

Read the "Instructions for Form I-864EZ" available from USCIS website.

No, you can use I-864EZ ONLY if there is only one beneficiary on the i130 application form and you are using ONLY your earned income from work to petition.

hi,i send i864ez just with last tree tax return and aos was completed i didn t send pay stub and emp should i bring them to interview or tell to consular that nvc doesn t ask me for them

Yes, I guess I worded it wrong . I meet the requirements listed. I'm only asking because no one has ever mentioned the EZ form when dealing with AOS. I wasn't asking if "high income" was a requirement , only that my income exceeds the 125% poverty Geeeshh.. why must someone always find something to pick at in this site. I wouldn't exactly say that saying far exceeding the poverty guidelines of 125% is considered high income either. Thank you godisgood for your positive feedback

Green card , I don't know what is right or wrong but I will be sending along my paystubs and employer letter with the EZ form to NVC, maybe it would be a good idea to have it ready if they asked at the interview.
