Hello, Me and my husband have an upcoming interview and we are preparing a bona fide evidence.

Here is what we have so far:

1. Utility Bills in Both names

2.Phone Bills in Both name (Family Plan)

3.Our main checking account statements in both names.

4.Credit Cards in Both names.

5.Life insurance (wife beneficiary)

6.Health insurance husband beneficiary. Also shows joint adress.

7.Car insurance for both.

8.Drivers licenses showing joint address.

9.Family Dental Plan (Both names)

10.Bj's membership

11.Tanning salon membership for both

12.Sworn Affidavits from next door neighbor and family members.

13.School invoices showing joint address

14.Medical records and prescription showing joint address

15.Wedding related : All the RSVPs we got back with envelopes(60), contracts with vendors, receipts of wedding dress, tux, rings etc.,

16.Wedding hotel booking for guests and wedding night.

17.Honeymoon booking and restorants receipts.

18.Wedding Greeting Cards with envelopes.

19.Christmas Cards sent to us with envelopes

20.Itineraries , Hotel bookings of MANY trips taken together (or visiting each other)prior to marriage including some receipts

21.Wedding Album.(Very many pictures with family and friends)

22.Bridal shower pictures and cards.(Grooms family threw a bridal shower)

23. Rehersal dinner pictures with family and friends.

24.Pictures from holidays spent with Family.

25.Pictures from trips taken together.

26.Reservation of restorants ( in both names) for Birthdays with a receipts.

27 Pictures and Junk mail to both names.

I dont know what else to think of. We love each other to death so all this interview is really make us nervouse. We are trying to make our case strong. What do you think about documents mentioned above?

Dont worry so much. You have a lot of evidence and like you said, you love each other. The interviewers are working to catch fake/fraud relationships, not to ruin real ones :)

09/07/2012 - Mailed AOS package (I-130,I-485,I-765) via USPS Express Mail.

09/10/2012 - Package delivered by USPS.

09/12/2012 - Email notification received.

09/17/2012 - NOAs for I-130, I-485 and I-765 received in the mail.

09/20/2012 - Biometrics appt scheduled for 10/04/2012.

10/04/2012 – Biometrics completed.

11/02/2012 - Interview scheduled for 12/04/2012.

11/14/2012 - 1st text EAD approved/production.

11/19/2012 - 2nd text EAD approved/production.

11/20/2012 - EAD mailed.

11/24/2012 - EAD received.

12/04/2012 - Interview..approved, thank God! :D

That's a lot of evidence. I don't think you'll have any issues showing co-mingling.

I was approved just the other with proof of a joint-checking account, some cards from family to celebrate our wedding and some pictures.

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

ROC in 2014!
